  1. 4 years later, I just called DD and they separate all of there allergens and follow all FDA regulations for allergen control and gluten cross contamination. I really hope this helps!

    Rice? !!!

It was CC with the rice. I figured that out! I'm doing lots better! Its just the hesitation with buying canned items and sour creams, mayos, and ketchups thats really hard😅
  3. I'm desperate at this point. I feel like I've gotten no where. I'm absolutely petrified at the thought of getting glutened. So much so I don't even know if I am getting glutened now. I have no idea what products/brands to trust. Every other support group gave no help. They all just give vague answers or none at all. This is my last shot. Tips? I know the whole food, yes I've been doing that, but you also need store bought foods for a whole foods diet as well. I just need some incite on what brands are trustable and aren't gluten-free as a fad  any advice is needed

  4. I don't really know. It kinda just went away over time. For now I'd avoid really acidic fruits like oranges
  5. I'll have to look into it! I also have realized I had not bought a new sponge, a new toothbrush, or clean too deeply in my house. The broccoli problem, I read the back of the bag to see if if It DID have gluten, and it said may contain wheat. Today I'm trying it, not the same bag but whole stalks I've bought from produce, and see how it goes!
  6. Thank you! I decided to stay away from all soda and think its just inflammation overflowing. Right on I'm staying away from the brassica family and nightshade. Its just very hard right now because I don't get sick when I gluten, but still have to avoid it. I have silent celiacs. The hard part is finding out if I've eaten gluten. Also, do any of you have/had...
  7. Yeah, thats what I've heard. Its just rough trying to find out why I can't eat those foods. They don't fit any intolerance that I have researched like amines, sulphites, salicylate, or anything else bc I can eat spinach, arugula, and eggs just fine. Its just hard rn😂

    Rice? !!!

I can't eat rice either! I was diagnosed 4 Months ago and I'm still trying to find my safe foods. Currently, I can't think of the intolerance that I might have simply because I'm so inflamed I can't tell. I know for sure I can't eat rice at all! Its makes my body freak and wig out!
  9. I need help in trying to identify intolerances. Everything is very contradictive with my body right now. So far, I can't eat broccoli, it makes me dizzy, gives me vertigo, I can't walk right when I eat it. I thought salicylate intolerance but I can arugula just fine. Tomatoes give me vertigo, Pepsi gives me vertigo but Dr. Pepper is just fine. I can't eat...
  10. Well I'm glad you're able to eat more of a variety! Right now everything is so messed up with me, I react to other foods BUT gluten, its annoying😂
  11. Does anyone know if the intolerances you aquire with celiacs is permanent? TIA
  12. Ill need to try it! I can eat potatos just fine, eggs, rice, and anything thats low fodmap. If I dont, It makes me sicker than anything. Ive been eating low fodmap for a couple days now and Im just super tired now. A lot of symptoms have gone away, its just fatigue thats getting me right now😂 I have chewable magnesium that I tale everday, but it also makes me...
  13. Ill look into low stomach acid too. To me, I think my underlying reason for sibo, if thats the case, was thid year has had too many stressors. Stress can cause Celiacs, I know that. With implementing the GFD I had abosultley no improvement to anything and still get the same exact symproms to a T if I eat anythint, except for gluten. Gluten has no symptoms...
