  2. Yeah for me with the constant eating I just try and eat something reasonable and then just ignore the hunger information going to my brain. Sometimes I'm so hungry I can't sleep, and this happens pretty often. I thought I had eaten enough during the day but it seems like I don't.

  5. Hi guys, brand new to the forum and I noticed that all of the topics were pinned. Am I missing something or did I just not go past enough pages (I went through 9) to see the regular posts?
