Is it normal for your deamidated gliadin IgA to be high? All of my blood work came back fine

My diet did change but I’m not fully gluten free, and my vit d3/iron levels were fine. I was also tested for my thyroid level which were fine as well

I recently went to to the doctor and got my blood work done and I’m so lost about these results.
