Hi, I am doing a writing assignment for uvic about the availability of gluten-free food. Could you please comment on the best discoveries and disappoinments out there in restaurants (cafes, delis, and bakeries, too). Refer to gluten-free substitutes in food that typically has grains(i.e. pasta, baked goods, bread). Clearly include the name of the establishment. Also, how did you find out where to go -from an info resource, word of mouth or your own expeditions?
