  1. My mother is always seeking dessert ideas for my celiac husband (her son-in-law). For Thanksgiving, she modified the new Better Crocker yellow cake mix to create an apple cobbler/crisp. She cooked up the apples just as you would for a normal cobbler or crisp. Then, she made a crumble topping out of one cup of the yellow cake mix and one cup of sugar. Then she used a half a stick of melted butter and sprinkled it on top of the apple mixture, baked it and it was delicious!
  2. I live near Clemson University in upstate SC....wondering if anyone knows of a support group in this area?
  3. Hi, all! This is my first time here....I am looking for any information regarding becoming pregnant with a celiac father. I am non celiac, and my husband was diagnosed in 2000. I would like to know if should I eat a celiac diet during pregnancy? We are not pregnant yet, but I can't seem to find any information on this topic. All I can find is information on pregnant celiac mothers. I wonder if there is any research out there on what percent chance we have of producing a celiac baby?!?
