Thank you for your reply! I have been eating gluten regularly… but I have to say since I started thinking that might be the cause it’s hard to make myself eat those foods. Thank you for your reply! I have been eating gluten regularly for the last couple of years. It’s only now that my symptoms are worse (since the last few months) that I have been thinking maybe it’s the gluten… and so while I wait for the doctor’s appointment I’m eating some gluten every day.
