  1. I did the lemonade diet as well and I am gluten-free and also hypoglycemic and was TERRIFIED over the notion of what my body might do on this diet. I stayed on it for 7 days and felt great! I NEVER felt light-headed, weak or anything. I think you'll be real happy on it. Just make sure you are constantly drinking that or the water. Don't let yourself get hungry. Since then I've gotten back to eating poorly including gluten and I don't feel good so tomorrow I'm back on the lemonade diet again. I hope you enjoy the benefits.
