    Can anyone recommend a good breath freshener? I was using tic tacs but these have gluten in them. What do you guys use? I saw a thread where a guy said skittles are gluten free so that should be great. The bigger the brand the better guys. Thanks

    Anyone know of any? I haven't been able to find any that I know are definitely free of both. It seems that a lot of multi Vs say they have no added gluten but these have still given me problems. What should I be looking out for in multi v's? Which ones have celiacs found to be ok? I've got some glycogen here Thanks.

    Hey guys I was just wondering if we're affected when say our hands are dipped in a bucket of gluten? Or say a bucket of beer (which has gluten in it?) Does this affect the intestines? Or is it only when we drink/eat it? Might be a dumb question but I wasn't sure. Thanks

    So what does the skin do when it comes in contact with gluten? Where does the gluten go? (Assuming it was absorbed)?

    Oh ok. Thanks for the reply. Yeah I'll make sure I wash my hands. I was just wondering if the skin absorbs the gluten and it somehow makes its way to down to the intestines, cheers.

    Anyone know if these have any gluten or lactose in them? Is there a way to check? Does anyone know if tomato juice can be gluten and lactose free? Thanks guys
