Hi Scott. Thanks for this! I haven’t been diagnosed. I was recently diagnosed with Hashimotos so need to come of gluten to avoid further damage to my thyroid. Since I’m planning on coming off gluten for life to manage this condition, I don’t really see the point in being tested. Hi everyone I’m on day three of no gluten and feel absolutely dreadful today. Brain fog, hypoglycaemia has gotten worse, constant anxiety and feel flu-ey. The only thing I’ve seen immediate improvements in is the bloating. Is this a thing or just a coincidence? I’d love to hear people’s experiences. thanks all
