Hello! My diet isn't oil free, although maybe it should be? I am still trying to figure out what I can tolerate and what I can't. I was vegan before I went gluten-free and now I don't eat any dairy or meat, but I do eat eggs since going gluten-free... I want to cut them out (and go back to being fully vegan) as soon as I get a grip on what I can eat... -
