It could be possible, I’m sure. I probably need to try tamari sauce at home more to see if it makes me feel bad. I didn’t think I had any issues with soy but then, I didn’t realize gluten was a problem either.

My sister has been so great about changing out kitchen to gluten-free but we think these wonderful gluten-free cookies she made were contaminated by sugar we had before my diagnosis. I think I’ve been glutened for the first time since going gluten-free and it’s AWFUL! Why is it so much worse now than before the diet ugggghhh.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m also blown away by hard much change I need to make lol. But yes I’m relieved it’s something and I’m not crazy! Thanks for the tip, we had read the same thing here and there so my sister is getting the blood test today. I’ll work on my other relatives to encourage them to get tested too! -
