Anyone go to the Allergy & Gluten Free Show at the Sydney Convention Centre this weekend? I missed the last one at Homebush, & I had to work this weekend. So anyone who went, if you could give me an idea on how it went & how I might get some information on any new products or new companies that make gluten-free products that were on display...

II was told that my depression/anxiety was a result of my Celiac D. & that it should improve given time & gluten-free diet. It has too! Anne

GLAD TO HEAR FROM YOU Coles now sells a new line from Patties (gluten-free range) sausage rolls, pies, pizza rolls etc, they also have lamingtons etc. I know how important it is to me to be able to get what I feel like, especially now food is so much more important, as is takes up such a big part of my life, I have made it a 'must' enjoy. I am Dairy intolerant as well as coeliac, but like my sweets so much. When I was finally diagnosed after 5yrs of my doctor telling me 'But you look so well' & this was after loosing 3stone over 6months (although I was overweight, unknowingly due to all the bread I had been eating before I was diagnosed.)
