    I am so happy that someone knows how I feel about losing hair! I mean, not happy that it is happening to you, but it is definitely one of the loneliest thing in my life right now. Other people just don't understand it sometimes. But, my hair falls out a lot, all the time. Not just when I consume gluten. But I am sure my intestines still have a lot of healing...

    Thank you for the advice! I've been having it checked since January 07' and watch thyroid antibodies get higher and higher, which means I am at risk for developing thyroid disease, but have not yet. At one point I was hoping that's what it was, but I guess I will just have to be patient.

    Wow, I can't wait for my hair to come back! It almost seems like it will never happen! I am very strict with gluten. I don't use gluten in any toiletries. I am extremely sensitive. Can you tell me more about this Royal Jelly and what kind of "digestive enzymes"? I don't know anything about these. thanks!

    I have been on the gluten-free diet since August 07'. When I consume the smallest amount of gluten, I can barely walk due to insane amounts of joint pain and burning.     The Rheumatologist I have now is a good one, he was the one who finally diagnosed me. But I am still having symptoms and I am not making any more progress with him. It is time for a new doctor that is knowledgeable. Thanks.

    I will definitely try the gluten-free dogfood. I guess I will also have to try cutting thing more things out of my diet, although what I mostly consume now is rice, chicken, turkey, juice, milk, cheese, and vegetables/fruits. I would hate to give up dairy since I LOVE it, but it is worth a try. Thanks for everything!

    I am VERY strict with my diet. Just because there are no gluten containing ingredients, I don't consider that safe. I call manufacturer's daily and always check online.     I have really been checking my shampoos, conditioners, facewashes, lotions, etc..... I don't see where the problem is. My dish soap is gluten-free, my pots and pans are gluten-free, I don't know what else... Any more ideas? And about the Plaquenil, I would rather just be drug free. I believe that the gluten-free diet works the best as well.

I just got back from the ophthalmologist who was checking my eyes because I've been on the Plaquenil for 5 months now. He said my eyes are fine.
