My hsuband went to the Mustard seed last week and picked up a Pamela's angel food cake mix. I couldn't believe my eyes!!!!!!!!!!!! I have made this so many times but for some reason this mix would NOT thicken or double. I put it in the oven anyway and the whole inside carmelized---it was bizarre.
