So I was reading the Joy of Cooking today. Yeah, I'm a weird food freak like that. Anyway, There is a gluten free section that I had no idea about! It's in the 1997 edition. You can look up gluten free in the index. It's got a pie crust, pizza crust, and bread. Pretty cool stuff. I love the Joy of cooking so you can imagine how excited I was to find gluten...
