  1. I take up to 4 when I am eating out. Less for smaller meals. Make sure you take the first one, right before you eat. Not 10 minutes earlier or later. I space them apart from beginning to end. I only take them when I am not 100% sure something is gluten free (cross contamination). Haven't tried glutenease. These have worked so well that I haven't looked...
  2. I love my bread! I use the Gluten-Free Baking Classics cookbook by Annalise G. Roberts. The french bread and submarine sandwich bread in it are awesome and easy to make.
  3. I react to the smallest amount of gluten. What I found to really help me is Biocore DPP-IV from Vitacost. Over and over I have confirmed that it has helped me when I know I have gotten a little bit of gluten. I usually can't eat out anywhere without getting sick, but with this I am able to.
