  1. Anybody also have short list of spices they use to season food that they know are gluten-free??? I am assuming things like salt, pepper, paparika, are ok? Also, what about coffe or caramel flavored ice creams?? THANKS FOR YOUR TIME!!
  2. Was hoping I could get some feedback on the gluten-free status of th efollowing.... pickles syrup yogurt based salad dressing toothpaste(pepsodent) gouda cheese also, if it contains natural or artifical flavoring, or SPICES, should you avoid the stuff?? THX!
  3. Ken, Thanks for the insight! So your testicles did not return to normal until you adopted a strict gluten free diet? Also, have you been able to eat dairy products since developing Celiac? I don't believe I'm lactose intolerant, just seems many people on this site have more than just Celiac issues? Thanks for your time!
  4. I would avoid the puffins cereal that has oat flour...I have been eating it since I have was diagnosed w/ Celiac in early November, and have not felt any improvement in my sensitive stomach.....Just noticed that the Puffins peanut butter flavored cereal was not gluten free, just wheat free....I'm hoping that is why my small intestine has not repaired itself yet...... What about regular milk chocolate candy that has no cookie pieces of any kind in it? That ok? Also, I don't believe I'm lactose intolerant, but I read where if you have Celiac you should avoid dairy while you are trying to heal? Is that true? Thanks for the help!
  5. Anyone out there at one time suffer from sensitive/achy testicles that turned out to be a complication caused by Celiac disease? Looking for answers.....THX!
