ARCHIVED gluten-free Food Stores?

I live Ft. Walton and my 10 yr. old daughter is allergic to wheat. I shop at Golden Almond, Publix, Fresh Market. Is there any other store in the area that has a wide variety of gluten-free foods. Has anyone found a good gluten-free store in pensacola? Any help would be appreciated.
