Hi, I am a PhD student in psychology at UF. I was diagnosed with a pretty severe case of Celiac Disease in 2002 and still struggle to maintain a healthy weight. Besides the weight issue, I am finally feeling that I am able to stick to a 100% gluten free diet and exercise four times a week, which makes me feel very healthy. I also struggle with the skin...
