Does anyone have a gluten-free sponge cake recipe? My family has an Italian Rum Cake recipe, but unfortunately it is not gluten-free and making it so would ruin the entire cake.

I don't stock up on products unless I've bought them before and are actually edible. I agree that the Ener-g tapioca break is pretty gross. I've been gluten-free for about a year and half, after developing a life threatening allergy to gluten. I go into anaphaylaxis when I eat even the smallest bit. I'm so glad that I discovered your posting. I shop at Safeway and this list will make my life so much easier. I'll still read labels though just in case. My local safeway has only ever been helpful and will even order in special produts if you request them. -

These products are not available in my local costco. Does anyone think that they'd be available at Costco.com? Gluten-free products are a hit and miss here. The ones that are available on a regular basis don't taste very good either.
