I live with the surgical effects due to 2 birth defects that have placed me in "disability land." My mother was diagnosed celiac approx 15 yrs ago....and now me. We never had the same symptoms. So, I've now added the fight to eat "gluten-free" to my list of daily struggles and I plan on winning!!
