  1. Has anyone had a problem with the Parrot Bay flavored drinks? Is it the malt that makes it not gluten free? Apologies for my ignorance. Christina
  2. Since I'm still learning, it's so hard to be sure. I've read that Bertolli Alfredo sauce is safe. I will not assume that the Mushroom Alfredo is safe, does anyone know if it is for sure? Thank you, Christina
  3. You know, I'm new to this too. I haven't even been diagnosed, but I noticed I felt so much better with no gluten. I'm about three weeks in, I've had a few mishaps.   5. Thank you, I was just concerned because I had bought Uncle Ben's Rice, but it had soybeans listed as an ingredient. So far as long as I keep gluten out and most dairy, I feel like I have a new lease on life. Christina
  6. I'm trying to figure out the relation between soy and gluten. I know that if wheat, rye, or barely are listed then the food is a no-no, and I think I understand that maltodextern is bad, what are the others to look for? Soy? Thank you in advance, Christina
