hey, I faced the same problem, although I had already been diagnosed for a year before I was pregnant. Its the cravings that are a killer. You do need to get on the cooking in large amounts. I am a freezer queen. I will make enough dinner for myself hubby and for lunch the next day. I blanch and freeze vegies, if you get in the habbit of preparing in quantities...
