    I don't know if this is a help or not but a very, very old remedy for diarrhea is a heaped tablespoon of corn flower dissolved in a glass of water. You would have to be pretty sure the corn flower had no traces of gluten though. Bill

  6. Hello all, On reading through the forum and discussions of the absolute necessity of avoiding wheat, rye, and barley products, I have seen mention of soy. I know that soy sauce can contain wheat products but is soy milk and other soy products in the same category of must avoid foods? Bill
