  7. I am an RN in a Long term care facility. I know how you are feeling. I was diagnosed in Jan. I have learned to take my own lunch to work so I don't have to deal with the cafeteria. Some days it takes a lot of effort to stay focused and I know I have too. Just take it one day at a time. I know that you are scared about going out in to the world a working...

  12. I haven't been able to find them yet and I looked yesterday.
  13. I live in rural ND and the nearest stores that have gluten-free foods is 60 miles away and I have noticed that they are stocking more of a variety of gluten-free foods. Yesterday I found gluten-free donuts and chicken patties. I am happy to see a larer variety.
  14. I really feel for you. I know this is very overwhelming but you have found this site. It has a lot of wonderful information in it. Start out with basics, plain meat and vegetables & fruit. Alway read lables. Take it one day at a time. Good luck to you. Remember there is alway someone here to ask advice from or vent to. Goodluck.

  19. Welcome, I am glad that you are feeling better. I know what it is like to live so far from medical help. I live in rural N.D. Just take it one day at a time. You will find lots of great support her.
