  1. Hi- To ease gluten poisoning symptoms I try to keep gluten ease tablets on hand. There is also digest ease tablets. They are only found at Whole Foods in the supplement department. I take 2 of each every few hours until the pain stops. I'm not sure what is in them , and they are spendy, but very worth having around. Good luck.

  3. Hi -I have been eating gluten free for years, and I have not tested postive for celiac because the testing is so unreliable for me and many others. I just know I feel a lot better eating gluten-free!
  4. Hi there, I recomend reading up on the blog about other people's reactions and sensitivities. Get yourself a list of what to avoid and be strict about your diet. Knowledge is power, and reading all the labels and asking questions can really help. Staying gluten free can be done.
  5. To the best of my knowledge, most blue cheese is grown on rye bread as a starter and there fore has gluten. Most dressings that have "natural flavorings" have gluten too.
