  4. Thanks for the tip on Iron Hill Brewery in Maple Shade. We went on Friday and it was wonderful. The server was very knowledgable and took it upon himself to fine out if any of the specials could be made gluten free.   5. Another thing you can try for joint pain is to have your Vitamin D3 levels checked by blood work. My husband has been gluten free for about 8 years and still was having joint pain over entire body. Had blood work done and found out that his Vitamin D3 levels were low. Doctor put him on 4 weeks of vitamin D prescription and the pain is entirely gone. He...

  7. Hey Joe, I'm in Riverside, New Jersey. He usually gets the chicken with Mashed potatoes and some kind of vegetable. If you go onto Boston Market.com they have the ingredients listed so you can see what is safe to eat.   10. Hi Ted, Thanks for the info. I knew about Garcia's but we fell the same way not crazy about mexican My husband and I went to the LogJam last year it was great. There's also an Outback in Lake George by the Walmart. This is the second year we are going there just wanted to check and see if there is anything different that we didn't know about...
