Hi, CuriousOne, About your increased craving for ice cream, please first check to see if there is HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP in it. I noticed that I was hungrier AFTER eatng MOTT'S brand applesauce than BEFORE I ate it. HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP (HFCS) tricks the brain convincing you that you want more. I suspect that that is the reason soda-pop makers...
