  1. Not really have not experimented with exotic grains,grains from Asia are questionable. I practise zero tolerance best I can,but get flare-ups with foods in restaurants the odd time. Reading labels is a challenge as to ingredients as well. I stick to brown rice flour mostly. Some countries like Australia consider 20ppm ok as safe for celiacs...
  2. I am 69,in those daysI had a melanoma which was rare and written up in a few american journals,sort of 1 in a thousand type of occurence being malignant. The store you mention you I am not aware of on Yates street,a lot has changed. Patrick
