I'm 19 and I live in the Seattle, WA area.. I've been very strict on my gluten free and dairy free diet since I was 14 when I was diagnosed celiac, but I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy when I was 8... I practically hold my breath when I'm in the same car with someone eating like a burger.. and that may be kinda silly... but then if someone is baking, there could be flour in the air, so I try to be really careful.
