I am newly diagnosed and feeling depressed while realizing that this is good news and that I will soon feel better. At the moment, I am mourning the sweets that I love and the freedom to just order off a menu. I was out of town this weekend and hated having to be so specific...it sounds so spoiled and nitpicky to me. But I have so many questions. I ordered...
