    YOU CAN'T GIVE UP !!!! I feel the same way. I eat Cherrtos and M&M for lunch. As soon as my tummy bloats up I eat whatever I want - maybe not the best advice. But survive of the mind is most important....don't give up ....

    I've Gluten Free for about 10 days....10 days of hell, shock, depression, anger, but I feel better just having the bloating gone !     I've been gluten-free for 10 days. I am so hungry I swear I could eat my left arm. Eating always made me so bloated - I hated eating - now I hate eating cause it's nothing I want to eat ...nothing is killing my being hungry.
