  1. I am gluten-free, Egg-free, Dairy-free, etc. Traditionally we put egg in the dough so I wondered how this dough stands up to cooking--i.e. does it tend to stay together or is there anything to add in place of an egg such as egg replacer or flaxseed mixture? Thanks and I can't wait to try this recipe!!!
