well, i think i have had DH symptoms for about 7 years but other than that no celiac symptoms that i can pinpoint until having my third baby 6 months ago, that must have been my trigger and i went on a fast and furious decline (from 135-110 in 2 months) and i was so weak and sick i also wondered if i was going to die. seeing me become this shell of a person... -

i hear you! i've only been gluten free for 3 weeks but already ran into this situation. i told my step mom that i couldnt/wouldnt eat anything with sauce/spices/breading on it and she relayed to my dad not to put ANYTHING on the roast. perfect...roast, potatoes and green beans...im safe. My Doctor diagnosed me with Celiac based on my many symptoms and very postitive blood tests and i have been eating gluten free for about a week and 1/2. i felt SO much better after just 3 days...truely amazing...at a week i felt like a new person, not 100% but probably 80% better. Then last night my tummy started to roll...and grumble and roll and grumble...

Thank you very much for your replies! i have read that disney is a great place for dining with allergies and that does put my mind somewhat at ease. We are not staying on disney property so the dining plan wont be an option but we are planning to hit up a grocery store and eat as much as possible in the house we rent. If anyone can help answer my questions... -
