I have severe joint swelling in the joint. The doc said it is normal and instead of having stomach issues like others tend to have I got the joint pain which still tends to bother me. You should try cutting out nightshade foods because they cause inflammation in joint, I am going to soon cut out nightshades as well. I to was very discouraged by the swelling... -
Hi, I was wondering if anyone new of some good recipes that are gluten, nightshade, dairy, and soy free!! lol very complicated but any would be great!! Jessica

I have noticed that pain meds do not work with me, which sucks but thats ok!! I will defiantly try the salt!! thank you Jessica -

Thank you so much!! Your post was big help to me and I will be taking out dairy and soy out of my diet because I rather feel better then eat those things lol Would it be smart to get a test to see if I have dairy allergies by any chance? Its weird because before this year, I ate everything and one day I just woke up and had problems with food. But this forum... -
