  2. Interesting. I noticed before I went gluten-free that I was always getting really bad hunger pains and sometimes dizziness/low blood sugar feeling about 2-3 hours after eating.   3. I also use plain psylium husks every morning. Just add it to a little juice. Works great for me. Not sure about probiotics, though. I should look into that. Tia
