  1. Hello, the fog will lift, for about 10 years I have suffered with depression. Not wanting to live at the start of with it. Feeling alone and thinking I was lazy becouse I had no energy.   2. Hello I had some blood tests done over a week ago and only one came back as slightly abnormal, it was the liver test. After my blood test I went on a gluten free diet and after 48 hrs my depression lifted completly. I am now thinking staight and I dont feel like I cant cope with life.   3. You are not alone, there are lots of us that feel the same way. Try eating normal while you are on your meds and see if they help. If not then you can always go back to your doctor. Dont forget that it is hard to get a diagnosis with celiac and if you have come out negative it still does not mean that you dont have it. If cutting out Gluten is making you...
  4. Gluten is in things you wouldnt imagine e.g. envelope glue, You will digest it if your licking down enverlopes. Gluten is in Lipstick, gloss and balms. Medications have gluten in. And I am sure there is lots more things out there with gluten. You could be just really sensitive to it now. Good luck I hope you find out why your not well again soon x

  6. The prescription is to get bread and pasta. It will mean I get these with out paying for them. As we know it is expensive. Im from England so I guess things are a little different over here. Thanks for your help. I will just stick with the doctors.
  7. Thankyou for your reply's, ( he likes to look after me) And I went 28 hours without gluton, my tummy started huting really bad for two nights. I am back on gluton now as I realized that I need to be on it for my tests. I went to doctors about a week a go as my mum noticed that my " beer belly " went down alot when I stoped...
  8. The home test is called Biocard. It is a blood test, there are others out there. I got mine from ebay.
  9. Hello everyone, I just woundered what everyone else thinks of the home testing kits for celiac. I have just done one and it came out negative. I am still going to doctors for my blood test. If I have an intolerance to gluton rather than Celiac disease would that show negative on a test for Celiac? All feed back is welcome Best wishes Kerry x
  10. I too am new here but I just wanted to say that you are not alone. I have suffered with Panic attacks, anxiety attacks and depression for 10 years. I have a "beer belly" as my family call it. and other symptoms that point to celiac. I am having the blood test done on Monday. I have also ordered a home testing kit too. I live in England and I have to wait...
