Have been suffering severe inflammation with AS for 12 years now. Great pain in my lower back, ribs, and neck. I started the no starch diet a week ago and i'm good enough to go for a run. I don't know why practitioners do not prescribe this diet? It's only the start, and i hope to help others suffering this condition (or similar auto immune conditions...
