    I am new here. I found out earlier this year I was insulin resistant, so a nutritionalist recommended eating a lot of whole grains and balancing my carbs and my proteins. So I ate A LOT OF Grains! I joined a gym and started losing weight - but earlier this year I noticed a lot of itchy scalp, arms, and now the DH rash. I am having more bowel problems...
