    Diagnosed with biopsy and positive blood test 2007

    Very mild symptoms before diagnosis

    No symptoms when eating gluten, unless for a lot for a long time.

    Osteoporosis in 2007 now osreopenia and still improving

    Athletic always, missing good beer!

  2. Ive starting brewing my own and thats another way to do it, its not very hard and it fun too. Also, I have EZ gluten tested as few regular beers, Corona is less than 10 ppm gluten, budweiser is really high as is Karl Strauss Red trolley. The EZ gluten tests are supposed to pickup wheat, barley or rye down to 10 ppm.

  5. I know there is a lot of controversy over this, but I am a science professor and can't deny a good experiment. Ive been testing beer with the EZ gluten tests. Ive spoken (I called them) with the company and it says (and states in the printed doc) that the product will detect wheat, barley and rye gluten down to 10 ppm, as the enzymes they are looking...
