Just came home from a most amazing meal @ Red lobster on south side of Calgary.. They took caring about Celiac and a gluten allergy to a whole other level.. awesome service and food!

i found THE most amazing store today!! Calgary Gluten Free Store is awesome.. If you are in the area i recommend stopping in and checking them out.. even Lactose free grated cheese!

I have recently gone from thinking i have Gluten Intolerance to finally getting the diagnosis of Celiac.. as much as it has changed my life, i'm happy with it all.. but i can't stand when i eat or drink something i 'think' is safe and then BAM.. i'm in pain and can barely sit for the pain in my stomach.. so my question i put to you is have you had an issue... -

thank you for the welcome. I tried drinking the vodka, but it hurt.. i did take a peek around and found that a few are better options then others, so i'll just try a different brand. -
I'm heading to Rio de Janerio for New Years and am a bit worried as to what i will be able to eat.. ?? I've been there 2 times already before being told to stop eating Wheat and i'm curious if the Wheat products ( and products that contain wheat) in canada are the similar in Brazil? does anyone know what might be safe aside from the fruit? I have braces...

Hi everyone.. i'm new here and since i've been reading some of your posts i feel that i may just belong here.. My son has been going through issues with mood so he was advised to do an elimination diet to see if allergies were an issue.. since he is only 8, i also did the diet so he wouldn't do it alone.. well that has set me on a path of enlightenment...
