I just did some research on the Hot Mustard Sauce at PF Changs and although the server may tell you the mustard sauce is ok, it is defintiely NOT Gluten free. The chef confirmed for me they use regular soy sauce in it when they make their batches and they don't make any special batches with the wheat free soy sauce. So be Careful!
