Breakfast: 2 egg whites with sliced chicken pieces Lunch: gluten-free oat bran "pancake" with tofu in curry powder Afternoon snack: 0% fat Greek yogurt with pumpkin pie spice and Truvia Dinner: Rolled up pieces of turkey dipped in mustard with 0% fat cottage cheese Dessert: Possibly more yogurt - I'm addicted!
  2. I wish I did! I usually work out from home with DVDs/run around my city rather than pay a gym membership. I know it's worth it, I just can't really afford it right now. Thanks for the suggestion, though
  3. I'm starting the Dukan Diet tomorrow and need some good scale suggestions. I don't have one currently and definitely want to be able to know what I weigh as I progress. Thanks so much, guys!

    ARCHIVED Zing Zang

    Just had a bloody mary made with Zing Zang, and my stomach is killing. It's my first full day after being diagnosed and I think I've already failed. I don't understand what part of the mix has gluten in it, though. Does anyone know? I thought I checked the label perfectly. Really bummed.
  5. Just had to share my excitement - I can soon stop eating gluten for good! Ok, let me back up. I was gluten free for four months on a recommendation from my school doctor and felt FANTASTIC for the first time since I was first diagnosed with mono 2 years ago. According to the doc, my gluten sensitivity was caused by my 8 month bout with mono. Exhaustion...
