Everyone I know recommends Slow's BBQ of Detroit as the best BBQ in Michigan. After doing some research, I've found that they have a somewhat extensive gluten free menu (comparable to Zingerman's Roadhouse, which I have been SO pleased with). I couldn't find any Celiac reviews though, and I'm afraid to be the first one without knowing what I'm getting into...
