Should I get a IGA-ttg test (transglutaminase)? Is it more accurate or less accurate than gliadin? And it will only come pack positive if I have significant tissue damage right? I dont have major symptons like massive allergies, cramps migranes etc... I just feel crap when eating gluten, I get headaches, joint pains,imflammation. Im afraid Ill be spending...
