I eat organic triscuits or Annies crackers I get increase in ear pain, irritated mouth and metallic lips. Sometimes I get leg spasms during the night. Is this a problem with gluten?

I am new to all of this - not diagnosed but have been trying to follow a gluten free (as well as other restriction) diet.
