I must warn everyone that this is going to be a frustrated rant. So I was diagnosed with Celiacs a little over two months ago and it's been a struggle to get my diet under control. Had to watch my boyfriend buy donuts at the grocery today... he was discreet about eating them but it still sucked because I knew somewhere in the house somebody was enjoying a donut.

I totally feel you about living in a family of Gluten Eaters. My partner has gone gluten-free with me so that we can keep our house safe but we went to a BBQ at my parents house for Memorial Day and it was a mess. I don't know much about migraines but I know plenty about cooking. To this end I say GET YOURSELF A CROCKPOT GRL. Whether you'll be cooking large meals to eat for a few days or small ones that thing saves me so much time on "cooking".
