Dear Rusla, I have a history of bipolar disorder but haven't had a manic episode since 1985. I went on the Candida diet in 1987 and was on it for a little over four years. Hello! YES! I have noticed symptoms other than the usual digestive symptoms!!! My reactions are mostly neurological in nature. I was misdiagnosed as bipolar, was completely psychotic and hospitalized five times! Hi, I believe my mom has either celiac disease or non-celiac gluten intolerance like me. I have the HLA-DQ1 gene and have had an elevated igG reading.
