I don't see my RA (who ordered the tests) until Nov. Please wise people can you understand my results and let me know sooner then waiting until Nov. Endomysial anitbodies - negative (no range...
  2. Hi; Don't know where you are but in Ontario, a lot of different flours can be found at Bulk Barn. Also Bob Mills. Millet is usually easy to fine. Good luck in the baking!
  3. Yes, I would like to know what to do with coconut flour. I bought it. Along with Tapico and teff flour today. Seems I'm collecting flours. (maybe I should be collecting the other flowers!) Don't know why, I'm not a baker. Thank you very much for the egg substitutes. I was going to guess with the applesauce in the cake idea.
  4. Hi; I'm also very new - gluten free for 8 days. I WISH I had rapid weight loss. Could use the 50 lbs gone. I'm also freaky out, but for other reasons. Buckwheat, rice, teff and armantha are ok. I use coconut milk. But I was wondering if A) anyone has ever cooked anything with coconut flour, how is it used best and...

Certain spices and herbs, almost all grains (except 3), all dairy (including casien and goat), whole eggs, and a few here and there things. I did better excluding them. Then I started again eating 'normal' got ill and continued until the celiac test. Now I'm back...
  8. Hi; About the rheumatologist - for me she's a blessing. I go to a naturopath who ran a urine test and that came back suggesting celiac. Last year's food allergy test came back avoid grains etc. So I went to my MD. He's good too, but busy. Was willing to run a celiac test, but only ran (I believe it's called) EMA which he called me and said it's negative...
