I agree. Allergists don't usually know much about celiac. My sister tested positive for tissue transglutaminase, but when she asked her allergist, he said if gluten doesn't bother her then don't worry about it. How would she know if it bothers her if she's never gone a day without it? She has food allergies from A-Z, most likely caused by the celiac...

Has anyone checked out the new flavor of Post Pebbles? Marshmallow mania, or something like that. Looks like something my son would like. For some reason I though post pebbles had gluten, so I've been buying Malt-O-Meal's version Dino-Bytes. Now they're changing the ingredient list on the cocoa dino-bytes as they are concerned about cross-contamination... -
